Satisfaction guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with a completed tasks‘ application, quality of craftsmanship, or progress (my responsibility), please tell me promptly, so I can make it right for you, at no charge, to better meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with a completed task because of selected colors, fixtures, furnishings, cabinets, sinks etc... (you are responsible to choose colors, product quality and designs) I will change them as you require, but at additional cost.
The workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months of normal usage. For example, if paint peels or blisters, I will fix it, no charge. If door or window operation falls out of alignment, leaks, or needs adjustment, I will fix it, no charge. If a tile comes loose, I will fix it, no charge.
Vandalism, storm damage, physical abuse, broken glass, water damage etc... are examples of things I can’t be responsible for, and which property insurance might cover, check your policy.
